i faced the first issue with my note 9. yesterday i setup lock screen using finger print and the intelligent way. today i was trying to open it. but it is not reading my finger nor my face and iam not able to restart it even. the phone is on and connected to wifi.
it was not even trying to read. it just show empty screen when trying to unlock. anyway it solved now. i am using a clear view cover, i just removed it from cover and put it back again. and it works.
