unable to play music during the call

I'm getting error unable to play music during the call in my Samsung M31 phone.. how can i fix this

It's not an error. It is the way how sound works. Calls are in the top of the prioritise list.

When you trying to play something on YouTube while playing some other music app, music app will stop and prioritise YouTube app.

issue is this is comming when im not in a call.. thats the issue..😥😥..

im getting error when im going to play music in music player saying " unable to play music during the call "... but actually at that time im not in a call.. then i try to play ring tone and that time also give the same error..

please note when error prompting time im not in a call.. i dont know why it is comming..🤷‍♂️

Just try in airplane mode,rebooting ,connecting to a headphone🤷♂️.atleast you will be able to figure the problem to some extent.

i tried reboot.. it works.. but i cant do it every time.. headphone also connected..but issue is same..
