.thumbnails issue . my phone memory is alwaus saying no menory

hii team

can any ome help me in getting space in my internal memory as i m getting error tgat memory is almost full.
i dont have much data but because of .thumbnails file it taking full of my internal memory as it has taken 8GB of space till now.
even when i delete it comes back and takes more space.
does any one has any solution for the same to get rid of this .
#android has this issue with all phones.
