software tenchnical clarification

Dear samsung team,

I have a technical question in the samsung software why can.t i continue playing song when i call someone till he answers but i don.t mean during call only at the ringing time.!?

I don.t have a strong technical background in this area but i would like to know the right answer from the right place.

not during the call , i mean during the ringing time whether it,s normal call or internet call

u mean when the ringtone is ringing. suppose u are playing a song and the software is made in such a way that u dont hear the ringtone neither the internet call how are u supposed to know who called you?
