Smart view screen mirroring is not working on the Galaxy M30s to any chromecast or samsung smart tv...tried a lot...not working. Please need a fix.

sir smart view option working in my m30s but if play HD quality vedio then picture quality is very poor or blur in Tv. what we can do ?

Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Ensure your device and TV must be close.
2. Check Wi-Fi connectivity. Internet speed must be good.
3. Go to setting>>General management>>Reset>>Setting Network Reset.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

Hi,

Smart View suddenly stopped working in my Samsung Galaxy M30s for last 3 days.

I have reset the network also but still not working.

Plz help in resolving this issue.

i think its associated with the network and modem, coz now I did'nt faved any such problem..initialy it was, but after updates, all fine till now
