Because there is not much demand of M series as compared to other series.
I think M series is for India only.

i dont think demand would be a reason.

might possible they are not launching it due to covid pandemic

i have read some other comments people are saying it is available in Afghanistan as well as in turkey so its not meant for India only.

It's not because of Covid because Samsung recently launched A31, A21s... In the same situation. It depends on the Samsung Pakistan if they ask Samsung to launch they will definitely launch.
