When note 9 will be get UI-2.1 and 3 and will be get andriod 11 or no ? I Hope so 🤗 what about single shot in camera in note 9 ?

I think note 9 should get One UI 3... We bought the high end phone... Don't you think we should get one UI 3 too...
What will be the difference between high end and budget phones...!!
Right?
We should talk about it on twitter too so that Samsung listen and consider note 9 with one more major update...
