Not impressed, features and functions not working as it should ... I paid a premium for these devices to integrate with my home automation. Smartthings is full of bugs . What annoys me is that I wrote code for home assistant to integrate with with my TV and open source application handles it flawlessly. One would think Samsung has competent dev and knows best .... this is obviously not the case ..... my old cheap LG web OS tv works perfect..... lesson learned...... upgrade path is LG .... I cannot work with Samsung half baked solutions.

Hi, Gee1024 please uninstall the SmartThings App and reinstall it again.

Kindly clear your cache. 

Follow the steps below to do this: 

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 
2. Select Settings. 
3. Select Apps. 
4. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right. 
5. Select Show system Apps. 
6. Select Smart Things App. 
7. Select Storage. 
8. Select Clear Cache. 

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device. 

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds. 

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
