You're most welcome! I claimed mine on the 22nd of January. And I followed up regularly with a support agent about the status of my order.😊

I've been contacting support about my order and they tell me I must wait for it😡 they haven't even asked me what colour I want

I think its a matter of this week and next week for most gifts. Their tracking and process monitoring is poor. I queried this morning and they told me that its not dispatched yet. However I just received mine a few minutes ago

honestly it ridiculous though cause I have to make sure someone is home every day in order to recieve the gifts
