I Bought a new Samsung TV 55inch UHD series 7 from carrefour on 28th of Dec 2019 after 3 days the screen shows kines and black areas,

The support want me to pay for fixing this they will not cover, I surprised from their response they do the troubleshooting on whats app, I expected different reaction specially I am Samsung User all my devices is Samsung mobile TV kitchen appliances, 

The expect me to keep thier brand in my home after this I am still waiting someone to give me decision,

Is there any one can help me with this?
