recommendation to buy a new phone

Hi guys I am trying to buy a new Samsung phone as per my budget I rounded up 2 phones so I would like to get ideas from u all 

Is it good to buy a low budget flagship phone which is the S10e or the best mid range phone which is the a71.

There is a price gap between these two phones. S10e is bit expensive than A71 (nearly 12000). So if you can bear it, I would recommend S10e.
