"Other" section storage

What is exactly the " other" section in phone's storage,? And how to clear/clean it?

Hi, AndyS21 other under storage refers to cache on all Apps including the size of applications.

You have to clear cache for each app one by one in Settings>Apps then select an app > select storage>Clear cache. There is no global button to clear cache for all apps at once in newer Samsung Phones.

You can check out this app in play store which is called 1tap cleaner (clear cache)
