Most of the buttons on samsung devices can be pushed back into place if it gets removed. Most probably you will not get warranty for these kind of issues as the service centre may refer this issue as a customer misuse. If you can fix the button back in place with our opening the device or using a glue, I recommended to fix it and then take the phone to service centre and register a complaint that your volume button sometimes get stuck. They will fix it for you.
