OthersIf you have an OTG and want to enable data transfer, go to about phone and tap build no. seven times. Then developers option will be available. Then go to developers option and find Debugging tab and then click on USB Debugging and turn it on. Then under networking tab, click on Default USB Configuration and click on Transfer Files.

OthersTry using the connector that comes in the box(USB-A to USB-C). If this does not work, sorry i am out of Solutions. Last option would be asking which file manager do you use?
