all apps not compatible with all devices...gan you use goodlock apk in one plus?it's not possible than any app which is specific of that device can't applicable for another one

because one plus bullet come with bt version 4.0 and Samsung provided bt 5.0 latest version in A51 ...

so issue is occurring...

if u want better than one plus bullet go to LCARE Thunderbird 2 earphones which comes with sensor touch Operation ....

can u show how can u judge that one plus bullet have bluetooth version 5.0 ???

it's only advertised beyond selling...all bluetooth 5.0 earbus or handsfree are compatible with sensor touch Operation....which are u can find any wireless realme buds or sony etc...

the main reason is chipset inside A51...because some of Samsung devices which come with exynos processors are not supported type C wired earphones made by chinese company such as Mi type C earphone etc...

so first u need to connect with other exynos based Samsung device and check...
if it's not working with it also then
u need to replace oneplus bullet neckband bluetooth and check with new one...
