I am writing this email and i am so disappointed from Samsung in my region
I am a loyal Samsung customer since symbian os and i never miss any product from the company
Here in kuwait every pre order delays, no option to choose when we have to pre order even latest models like note 20 ultra no bronze color yet we always have the main colors only
my last pre order was tab s7+ delayed one week i have contacted alot of people working in Samsung they not giving me any reason for the delay and when i get my device i didn't also get an apology
Now i want to pre order the z fold 2 here in kuwait theres no options to get the customisable version only in uae website and Kuwait market follow uae market
I would like to order the thom browne edition of z fold 2 i can't its not available in my region
I am very disappointed
I love Samsung i love the ecosystem please fix my region
And i hope to get a respond soon
And please don't tell me to call the customer service because i did
