issues with new phone

The samsung representative just want to sell there products they will talk you through to buy the products and after that they won't provide services ...I got a new s20 phone from durgapur from shree telecom junction mall and phone started to have problem the in call speaker ...phone started to hang...I would really say please don't buy the phone I am very disappointed

I hope you didn't get a f@ke product go to a samsung authorized service center and get your phone checked if it has any hardware issues
