maybe its a hardware issue ? i just checked it wont unlock till you open your eyes and i tried with facial recognition too it still wouldnt unlock unless my eyes were open... get it checked and if need be replaced also try on someone else to see if it unlocks with that persons eyes and if it does i suggest not using iris scanner / facial recognition until the issue has been resolved you can also reset both facial and iris data and scan again and see if that fixes it hope this helps
