When i get an incoming call it just rings and doesnt popup the incoming call screen. Sometimes the screen wont even light up.... it can get to a point were the call drops before it shows. Has anyone else faced this challenge cannit be fixed

Are you facing the issue with all calls or with only Internet calling apps?
