icon gear x issue

I got low sound issue with my Samsung icon gear x the new one 2018 , just I used headsets couple's of months and I have this problem I try to clean the headset and I make format and reinstall agian , But still I can not fix the headset.

check with the agency sometimes you need to change the filter inside it
