Bro get it replaced. Had same issue when I bought note 3 neo and then I got a replacement. You have paid full so why to compromise coz it's a small but useful feature.

You can check the handset performance in “Safe Mode” of your handset. (Restart the device. Press and hold the Low Volume Key until the screen lock appears. Then safe mode will appear, To Exit from Safe Mode, kindly restart the device.) 2. If issue still persist, we request you kindly take backup of whole important data which is save in your phone internal memory then perform “Reset”.
