Hi
To cater to professionals and power users, Samsung includes plenty of useful multitasking features in One UI as well. This includes the ability to run apps in a floating window, which Samsung calls Pop-Up view.
Check this link to more information,

Hi,
Yes you have the option to keep app opened in multiple window or in tab view just like windows does.
https://youtu.be/af2BRLm1gT8
Also follow these steps
1. Goto recent apps menu.
2. Tap the icon where it has been showen at the very top,
3. Then when you get a window tap on (Open in Pop-up view)
Enjoy π
