heating and weak signals

My M30S  mobile fell display broken. Replaced screen. Also problem in charging. Replaced charging port. But now while charging phone gets heated too much. Also innweak signal calls not connecting properly and affected internet speed.

In strong signals only, proper call connection and internet working.

I had checked Sim card by all means. Sim cards working properly in another device.

Samsung care said no problem in charging port.

What is solution ..?

if you are using cover then remove at the time of charging, and keep phone from display side then observe same heating issue occur
