it is because of localization, Google goes with your accent patterns and that's why this happens most of the time
if your system language is English UK or American english and your accent is Indian than google algorithms automatically switch to HINGLISH or hindi most of the time
to avoid this you must speak on non hinglish accent
example most of the time hinglish sound like MATTAAR instead of mutter , so google will go for hindi or hinglish pattern
accent causes these issues
select google or assistants language or voice assistant language as ENGLISH INDIA than the issue will be resolved
