Why isn't good lock available to all person who use a samsung device, why is it only a regional application. We pay equally in terms of cost of our phone to everyone else around the world so why are some of being left out. This has been going on forever and Samsung doesn't have the brains to fix it, utterly disappointed in this company when it comes to this.
