downloaded this app still not able to open

go to settings->apps->in right top options,reset app pref->reset.
then open excel and select correct app and open...if not reply with scr shot.

i downloaded google sheets, Microsoft excel , even reset excel file still not able to open excel file which i recd in official outlook email
