I cant open any word or pdf file on my dual watsap.

Pls read the message from Samsung specialist regarding dual whatsapp issue. Almost all are facing the same. Kindly ha e patience untill samsung releases update to fix the same.

Take back up initially, then pls install WhatsApp Business you will get all your data (photos and videos) back.
