Am using Samsung Galaxy m31 cell phone but am not able to download mode in screen is off and also minimize mode and when that aap is open that time only  continues the downloading process other wise it's will be stopped please solve this problem

please check if you have the power saving mode on or the app is in sleeping app list.

no sir am checked already but in every app's will same situation i can't download included play store also

Please perform the below mentioned step to resolve the issue:

 

1. Reset the download manager

Settings > Apps > 3 dot menu button > Show system apps > Download Manager, Check that the app is enabled (we want the option to show as Disable ) > Force Stop.

 

2. Check available storage space

Settings > Device Maintenance > Storage.
Note: If your device has less than 1GB of storage available, you will need to free up some space.

 

3. Try restarting your device.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
