does anyone have this problem 🤔?

When i connect a Bluetooth mouse to my tablet or phone .. i couldnt use the Samsung keyboard at all in any text box ( never appeared) ... if any one face this issue and have a solution for it i will be grateful.

Hi, you have to manually turn on virtual keyboard if a physical keyboard is connected. The settings is different in OneUi 3 and 2.5 To turn this on in 2.5 and below,

SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > LANGUAGE AND INPUT > PHYSICAL KEYBOARD > SHOW ON-SCREEN KEYBOARD turn this on.

In oneUi 3 and above,
SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > PHYSICAL KEYBOARD > SHOW ON-SCREEN KEYBOARD turn it ON
