Hi, you can following these steps:

On your phone, find Settings > Accounts and backup > Backup and restore > Restore data, select your Samsung phone and then select the content (i.e. text messages) you want to restore >Tap Restore.

Hi there, 

Unfortunately, once a message is deleted, there is no way to recover it unless there is a back up done - for example a whats app back up.
