cut and paste on word

Good morning  friends.  I have a xhallange with my note 10 + .. when I cut and paste a document, I can't do so on the next document.  I have to restart my phone for it to paste a new document.  Please help

thank you. there is no error mesage though.

what I meant is this when I copy a document from whatever source them paste to Microsoft Word in my phone, the process is fine. however, when I want to copy and paste a difrent mesage or article, it keeps on pasting the previous or the 1st message..so in oder for me to copy and paste the next or a different mesage on word, I have to restart my phone.

Please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
