Dear sir, I've purchased a s9 plus on 14 juld from flipkart but the phone's iris scanner and proximity sensor is not working. I think this is a defected piece. So please kindly help me . Please replace my phone. I've never expected this type of cheating from Samsung . Very bad service and not happy with the product. Kindly request you to please do something. Thank you.

if returns period over
and under warranty then this is the only option
if that is repairable they will repair
if not then they will exchange brother first visit service centre
no other better option
