My phone is galaxy Note10+ when i received incoming call and doing outgoing call the call is automatically come loud voice, and need to press loud speeker 2 time for come normal voice. Please advice me to how can i solved tis.
Hi, If the issue doesn't occur with the device in safe mode then there is a third-party app causing this. You may have to delete your third-party apps one by one (starting with the most recent) until you find the one causing this issue. To put your device in safe mode press the power button, when you see the power off option, press and hold the power off option until you see safe mode. Then tap on safe mode. To exit safe mode restart your device. Let me know if this solution was helpful 🙂
If the issue continues, please call the call the call center and request for Remote Assitance to help resolve the issue. Or, take the device to a certified Samsung Service Center to have it checked out.
My Phone glaxy Note 9 and I am facing the problem in call receiving, when I receive the call then other person can't listen me then I open the speaker then close so then other person can listen me.. please advise me how this problem will be solve..
