samsung galaxy note 5 because note 5 as more features than the s7 and note 5 as spen its use full overall note5 is better than s7 in my opinion

its according to your use....
if you need a big screen one and a pen (stylus) go for note..
if you need a smaller one go for s7 edge...
note : s7 edge have a better processor and camera than note 5

if saying in detail s7 edge has the following features ahead of note 5 :
1. IP68 waterproof
2. cameras better for low light photography
3. better Battery . will get couple of hours greater than note 5.
4. a brighter display.
5. Better processor than note 5 in all benchmarks. (its theoretical)
6. Above all have an expandable memory slot.

I am not a fan of samsung's edge feature at all... cant use a screen protector.

note stylus is better than edge features..
