This Can be Done through Community Forum by Web Version only...So Either go for Full web Version & not the App Version through your Handset or by Laptop/Desktop and then modify your DP using Gif format...

Still if you want AN OUT OF THE WAY METHOD open the profile of the user of which you want to download the Gif. Now if you have S10 you can use inbuilt screen recorder to record the video. Save a 5 sec video. Crop the pic and convert it into a gif. via a gif converter. 😅😅😅
