Hi , I have been buying a Samsung a20s phone for a few months but the camera does not work and the app is out and I called support but they have been waiting for the update for 6 months now and my problem has not been resolved yet. Isn't there anybody who's just like me ... Please take care of Samsung faster thanks.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps:
1- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->camera).
2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > camera > storage > clear cache.
3- Force stop the camera app (Setting > Apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > select the camera app > Force stop).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
