My auto voice call recording is not working in Samsung m 30s phone..please replay solutions

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work
or
if you are using true caller as default dialer then move back to Samsung dialer..and try again

are you performing wifi call or any other call app ? if it's like that then it will not work
