calendar issues

When I try to change the start date of the calendar in the calendar app it changes, but it doesn't reflected in other app which uses calendar. 

For example if the native calendar app has a start date as Sunday, remaining app while choosing calendar it shows Monday as start date. 

Could you please help me in this...
