Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that kindly use C type connector (available in box) to connect OTG cable and pendrive.

i had used that c type connector, nothing happens!! i checked it in safe mode too.

For me also same problem. How did you solve it.?Tried using C type connector and otg cable to pen drive and mouse. Same otg my another samsung A9 pro is connecting
