A7 2018 taking blurry pictures after system updates please help me. Cache cleared phone restarted 😢😢

Please reset your Camera Settings:

1. Open the camera.
2. Open Camera Settings.
3. Select Reset Settings.

Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

I have done all of this it's still doing the something. its struggling to focus and this only happened after the latest system update
