Please try to reset your network settings and do a soft reset:
Open Settings>> General Management>> Reset>> Reset network settings
To perform a soft reset: Press the side key and volume-down key simultaneously for about 8 to 10 seconds. * The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding till it restarts.
