hi. I am not a smart club member but it is a sort of reward program for buyers of galaxy products. The more products you buy , the more rewards you get

You can redeem through Samsung Pay app if you have sufficient points.Open Samsung Pay on your phone, and then tap Rewards. Next, tap More Options > Redeem points, or tap REDEEM POINTS located next to your points. Browse through the tabs and then select the desired item to redeem your points.

smartclub is a loyalty program ,in which u can earn and redeem points for buying products from Samsung smart smartcafe

It is for off line shopping via Samsung smart plaza/club retail show rooms. As when you buy products across lines, you get points, which you can redeem in your next purchase.
I am having, redeemed too. you can even redeem it via their online too..
