I'm not able to get the android 10 upgrade on my Samsung Galaxy s9 plus.
Last update was in dec 2018 for android 9 beta version.
Every time I'm checking for updates, it gives me message "your phone has latest software updates, no new update available".
I got a suggestion to download and upgrade from Sam mobile website or by using smart switch on laptop. But these options are tricky and I'm not sure if I'll be able to do this.
Is there no option for OTA over the air upgrades for my s9 plus ?
Can Samsung help here ?
Thanks,
Nitesh

Thanks, but is there no option for OTA updates?
I'm not that good using odini for firmware updates and I'm afraid of losing any data.
