When asking Bixby to show weather, then it's saying to add weather channel capsule...how to add that?previously it was not like that...recently Bixby doing this

use Bixby Marketplace and get the capsule. Bixby marketplace initially worked in US and korean market , i think now its global

simply Bixby Marketplace is initiated as Globally so now all the skills will be found using bixby marketplace

back in july 2019 it was first initiated
