Wifi keep disconnecting when downloading

My samsung galaxy S 10 plus wifi connection keeps disconnecting whenever i tried to download anything. Other phones connected to the same wifi do not face any problem and can easily download. I have tried resetting my network upto factory resetting my phone. Hiwever Downloading over mobile data is possible.

The thing is that, i can download while im using vpn apps like turbovpn.

go to settings .. app... system app.... clear cache of wlan

i have tried both your suggestions, but still not working. i guess it might be due to my wifi router which have only 2.4 ghz option, syrotech. My previous phone honor v 10 never had any problem, guess they might fixed with an update or i will have to buy a new router/modem. My broadband connection is bharatfibre. anyway thanks a lot.

Found any solution.?  My phone got same issue today. I hard reset it still not working.

I have the same issue. I can stream videos on Youtube but can not download or update apps from google play store at at all.
