Why is Samsung soo slow in providing updates of Android 10 ? Still just releasing Beta versions

cos they don't just give plain android 10
they change it till u don't recognize it
and they add android 11 features too

Samsung has 9-10 layers on top of Android to make it stable they need sometime to improve things according to their device so that all apps runs smoothly..
