Why is this annoying "+" icon is visible?

@samsung please remove this as it is of no use. User can add or remove the icons here from the menu. So i don't thing we even need it all the time.

It's available for edit buttons and change their positions as you want.. Same in my S22 Ultra

So you can add more buttons to your quick panel or take off buttons which you don't need

I know what we can do with this button. But, the issue is we don't need it all the time, its just a one time thing. We dont change order, add/remove buttons daily.
Whenever user want they can change that through "Edit buttons" from 3 dots menu.

In addition, consider like you have multiple widgets on Home Screen and all the time you are getting "+" icon to add more widgets.
Like that only "+" is of no use because we add/remove widgets rarely. And whenever we need to add widget we can can use home screen settings.
