this is not secure folder app this third party app made for only samsung device but this app is not work in my device

it is written that this app is not compatible with my phone.

what is your phone model?
Did u install this app through google play store? if yes, can u uninstall it and then reinstall.
but be aware .. if u delete the app there is a risk u can't install it again.
