Samsung doesn't launch beta programs for relatively lower volume markets like ours since there are not enough beta testers. So they only release it for selected high volume markets like US, India, South Korea and other European regions.

Samsung's Developer Conference 2023 (SDC23) will be held at San Francisco's Moscone Center on October 5th.

They will start to rollout starting from next month. Hope all the eligible flagship devices and latest A series devices will get the update before the end of the first quarter of next year 😊
