Kindly make sure to update the applications from Samsung Galaxy stores.
Go to Settings - Apps - Three dots at the top - Reset app preferences.
Go to Settings - Apps - Gallery app - Clear Cache only.
If the issue still persists, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
